Delivery and collection time estimates
You can find this in our Order Confirmation email. If the estimated date has not yet passed please do not contact us as our Customer Care team will be unable to help you.
Courier information and tracking links
This is sent in our order Despatched email. This email is sent went orders leave our warehouse with the courier. Tracking links can only be provided where the courier can provide the service.
When orders are ready for collection
When Collect from Store orders are ready to be collected we send an email to let you know and to remind you of the details of the store where your order is being held.
If you signed-up for an account with us you can track your order online within My Account. Sign-in and My Account links can be found at the very top of this page.
Orders over £150* are sent using a DPD PIN delivery service. Before your delivery date, DPD will send you a PIN number that you will need to give to the delivery driver. Orders sent using this delivery method cannot be left in a safe place, if the delivery is being received by someone else you will need to share your DPD PIN number with them. Failure to give the correct PIN will result in the parcel being unable to be delivered.
