Doesn’t do anything really, I’ve literally had it for 2 and half years. The only mat I’ve ever used and it gives little to no protection from anything. If I wasn’t so tight Id stop using it and buy something else. It’s too thin, gives no protection from the cold and it slips allover so you end up not on it anyway. I know mine hasn’t got a puncture but feels flat as a pancake after almost every night.
