Berghaus Women’s Supalite™ II GORE-TEX® Hiking Boot

My 6th pair in 6 years - wouldn't pick anything else. Very durable and hardworking waterproof boot.

I have had about 4 pairs of these boots now. They are always comfortable with no need to break in. The downside for me is the soles wear a bit fast and l normally only get a year out of them, but l walk everyday and these boots do have to work hard, so a pair a year for me is acceptable. If you are only a weekend walker, they will last you years.

Lovely light comfortable walking boots

I spent ages browsing and tried a few pairs of boots before I bought these. I am a 7.5 wide food, I bought the 8, and they are very comfortable. I don't know how long they will remain waterproof, but the more expensive boots were being reviewed at 2 year lifespan, I thought why pay more, these boots will remain waterproof for 2 year in my opinion, I have used them for a few munroes already, in boggy ground, a bot of damp seemed to get in via the tongue, but mostly they are waterproof.

They arrived very quickly. I so love these hiking boots. So comfortable, waterproof as well. I put a protection cream on them before I used them. Highly recommended

Excellent in every way. Super comfy from very first wearing, totally waterproof and as promised, super light.

I wouldn’t have any other make or style of walking boot - I purchased my first pair over 15 years ago when they were Brasher and Berghaus have stayed faithful to the original spec IMO. Beautifully lightweight but at the same time very robust. They are a delight to wear - my outdoor slippers

Bought these on a recommendation from a colleague. They are indeed super lite so that great but they did rub me on my first two outings so I was worried I would struggle on planned hike to Snowdon. Another member of the hike had the same boots and advised me to skip the middle hook when lacing up as this pulls them int the heel! I followed this advised and hiked Snowden without a single blister or rub.. most impressed! One size up though would be my advise to accommodate the thicker walking socks

Love these boots. Everything I’d expect from the brand. Really good quality leather; soft and supple so they need very little wearing in. The soles are solid and provide good grip, although I found them a little sloppy on ice. Great on beach or rocks as you don’t feel the bumps. Good laces with option to tie right up to top or a little lower. I’m expecting these to last some years and that means they’re good value.

This is the 2nd pair of these boots that I have purchased, they really are the best and most comfortable boots that I've ever worn.

I’m not a huge fan of leather stiff boots - but these were good immediately! Maybe I’ll be using them more in the winter months- I tend to stick to hiking trainers in the summer. Lightweight and took no breaking in as comfortable from the start with padding etc . Not too clumpy and water proof.

I really like the comfort of these boots - no breaking in needed and can be worn straight from the box. I am not so impressed with the quality. This is my 4th pair and I reckon I get 6 to 7 months wear before they need replacing. I started wearing my current pair at the end of May (it’s now end of Aug) and already sole is showing signs of wear and insoles need replacing. Last pair lasted 7 months and then started to leak badly. Sole also was badly worn. It’s a real shame because they are extremely comfortable but it is not good for the environment to chuck them out after such a short time.

I really wanted to give these five stars but the first hour I've worn them they're squeaking and I'm walking along sounding like geese are flying overhead
I hope it is just the new surfaces touching together and that the noise fades because I feel self conscious!

Bought these 8 months ago, very comfortable and light. I clean them and keep them waxed using products they recommend. But they are splitting across the toe, very disappointed, no help from Berghouse and Ultimate Outdoors either. Don't waste your money.. They were full price when I bought them.
I thought I'd pay extra, maybe they would last longer and be better quality. Quality is wonderful, but I'd expect them to ladt and not start to break up on outside.

Bought these 3 weeks ago, waterproof, comfortable and for perfectly. Walking the dog, so I practically live in them. They are light and feel like I've had them years. Good ankle support. Glad I paid extra, you do get what you pay for.
