The Women’s Deep Cover Parka is designed to keep you comfortable, dry and warm during cold conditions. The inside is filled with 700FP P.U.R.E 100% recycled down which is highly compressible and extremely insulating. The insulation is protected by a recycled Pertex® Quantum outer fabric which is coated in a fluorocarbon-free durable water-repellent (DWR) finish. The jacket is excellent at tackling light showers and snowfall, offering you ultimate protection against the elements.
This snug down jacket is designed to deliver extreme winter performance within a flattering, feminine cut. Featuring an insulated detachable hood with a cosy, removable faux-fur trim, it’ll keep you warm and cosy on frosty walks.
Stash your valuables safely inside the inner zipped chest pocket and place cold hands in the two deep front pockets when the wind picks up. The cuffs have a stretch fleece lining ensuring gloves fit seamlessly while the durable two-way YKK® Metaluxe front zip has an internal storm flap for added protection.

Amazing!
Good fit for those with smaller frames
Looking for a warm coat for a visit to Norway this winter. Tried various brands following an online comparison review. Although this coat didn't score as highly as some, many of the others simply swamped me! I love that this is shaped for a slimmer build, has thumb-holes for cosy wrists and the hood is big enough to wear a beanie (or a claw clip!) but not so huge you can't see out. It's also very light, so easy to wear & carry.
It's not billed as fully-waterproof, hence 4 stars. But my hunch is that it will be fine for damp days, and I'm happy with that given the price & weight!
Lovely warm, well made coat
Wanted a longer length jacket for winter to replace my heavy Peter Storm parka. This was a good price in the sale and the quality is fantastic and very lightweight but exceptionally warm. Silky gold lining feels nice, the hood is a good size and there’s absolutely no arm movement restriction - even with a rucksack. Never disappointed with Rab and this is no exception. Will have this for years.
Lovely & warm
Bought this for myself, it’s a great length, keeping my legs protected from bad weather. I like the cuffs that your thumbs go through. The fur around the hood made it heavy so falling forward all the time, I took the fur off & it’s been fine ever since.
A tad disappointed the “Rab” motif was not on the coat except for labels inside the jacket.
I would recommend this coat.
