The Meindl Multigrip sole, developed in collaboration with Vibram®,delivers unrivalled traction for greater agility and confidence when crossing tricky terrains while a durable rubber rand protects the boot from abrasion. The durability of the boot is further enhanced with the streamlined qxed Nubuck leather upper that will take whatever is thrown at it.

Highest quality full grain leather provides incredible durability. Meindl are a German company, the classic engineering characteristics are really shown here by build quality and extreme waterproof testing using centrifuges and over 330 years of experience! This is the go-to 3 season hill walking boot and WILL outlast anything! Nothing compares to the Bhutan when it comes to build quality.

after 30 years in the Infantry in the Irish Army and a hell of a lot of walking .Today i wore my first pair of meindl boots ,and got my first blister after only a 10 ten mile hike ,found the boots fairly comfortable but very hard on the Ball of my feet,they could with a gel insert ,the walk consisted of part road part mountain plenty of bog ,crossed three rivers ,plenty of gorse heather and bracken ,Looking forward to the next walk with them
