Arrived with no instructions. Twiddled the only button both ways - no result. Spenr 20 minutes trying to ring and eventually got through to a human being and am now promised a refund, excluding postage,
No instructions
No proper instructions regarding " self inflation ". Very puzzling.
The two carrying handles are too long so that the cooler is close to the ground for shorter people. Because of the design the inside is squishy with no firm sides. OK for occasional picnic but not for supermarket shopping.

No instructions included though I managed to find them online. One would not inflate at all and the other only partially. Hopeless product - do not buy!
