Essential item for backpacking. Foam inner expands when the valve is opened drawing in air. Top up using lung power. A good balance between weight, size and comfort. Mat length is not a problem. Very compact when deflated. Appears to be good quality for the asking price, only time will tell. Be very wary of purchasing an airbed without an insulating foam layer.
