Very tight
The hat is very good quality. However the sizing is not good. I ordered the 7 5/8 size after measuring as described on the website. I also have three other hats of 7 5/8 size that all fit well. This Tilley hat is much too tight. My wife now owns it. Annoyingly the bigger sizes are not now available on this site.

Hat is small fitting so I would recommend going up at least 1 size or even 2 sizes for a loose fit. I usually wear size 59cm hats but I had to return this size. No 60cm was in stock so I tried a size 61cm which was a perfect fit.
