Wayfayrer meals are fully cooked and ready to eat hot or cold. They come in a pouch and can be boiled in 7-8 minutes or heated over your stove.

Alternatively empty the contents into a suitable saucepan and stir gently whilst heating thoroughly on a camping stove.
