When your order leaves our distribution center, we will send you an email to let you know it is on the way. Tracking is available on all UK home deliveries, all EU home deliveries and deliveries to most international destinations.
We are unable to provide tracking links for Collect from Store orders. When Collect from Store orders are ready to be collected we send an email to let you know. If you provide a mobile phone number when ordering, we’ll send you a text message too. Our email and text message includes details of the store where your order is being held.
If you signed-up for an account with us you can track your order online within My Account. Sign-in and My Account links can be found at the very top of this page.
Only orders placed after an account has been created can be tracked online.
