Very disappointed, bought it for my daughter to take it to school with her, so she could have some hot soup by the time 12.30 comes soup is cold. Just wondering if it's faulty or what am I doing wrong, just wondering does anyone have problems like that, otherwise it was perfect size, easy to use and clean but it doesn't keep soup hot,
