Delivery and collection time estimates You can find this in our Order Confirmation email. If the estimated date has not yet passed please do not contact us as our Customer Care team will be unable to help you.
Courier information and tracking links This is sent in our order Despatched email. This email is sent when orders leave our warehouse with the courier. Tracking links can only be provided where the courier can provide the service.
When orders are ready for collection When Collect from Store orders are ready to be collected we send an email to let you know and to remind you of the details of the store where your order is being held.
