Bought ours 2 years ago and been used for many trips, including surviving the Cornish storms last year. Easy enough to pitch, possible for 1 person, quick to get up then takes the same to peg as any large tent, not too much hassle even for a weekend. 3 large dark bedrooms that can be joined , massive living area with all the storage and features you need, and a really handy porch area. Yes it's big and heavy when packed but worth it.
